that is the main reason i feel a so so 7-5 8-4 record should send phil packing.

and that's understandable but i truly feel like the admin feels like....8 wins +, he goes no where....7 is borderline (who the losses are to would be important here)....anything below 7....bye bye imo.

i can deal with that, but with those kind of records it won't help recruiting finishing 3rd or 4th in the east.
