The history and momentum is on the Celtics side here. Consensus is the series will be over after game 6 in Boston, and after Cleveland's showing tonight, it'd be hard to imagine the series coming back to the Q.

What's the VN consensus here? Has Lebron played his last game at the Q in a Cavs jersey? Discuss.

James will stay in Cleveland and the Cavs will make a run to go after Bosch or Wade

This post really got me thinking. The Cavs really need Lebron. If not, they'll fade back into nothing at all. They need Lebron more than Lebron needs them.

Cleveland doesn't have the money to match NY's offer to Lebron and Bosh.

Lebron either stays in Cleveland and doesn't win a ring or goes to NY, who has the most cap room of anyone by far, and wins a few.

Logic says NY.

Of course. Lebron's new team will probably be in the NBA finals before the Cavs even make the playoffs again. If he leaves, Mo, Jamison, Shaq and others won't be kept or stick around.

The only way that Lebron goes to NY is if Bosh signs before. Without Bosh there is no chance he goes there.

Also heard on the radio this morning that if Lebron does leave Cleveland, the franchise looks to take a $110 million hit as far as value.

Shaq's contract is up anyway so he won't be back even if LBJ is.

Yeah I'm trying to figure out why he'd go there if they don't get Bosh or another star player. He wouldn't go to a bigger market only to be on a worse team.

If money is the basis of your argument, the Nets will win easily.

Their new owner pissed away $55mil on a house deposit because he changed his mind. I can guarantee you that he will put up $50mil/year to get LBJ if that's what it takes.

He does have that kind of money but there is a salary cap, they couldn't pay him that much money.

Talk about career suicide.

Zeke severely crippled NY but its still the biggest market, no other team has the cap room, and Lebron is friendly with some biggies in NY. Dolan Jr. has finally realized he's not a GM and stepped aside and let Walsh do what he needs to build a championship product.

Don't be surprised to see the Knicks in the conference finals next season.

You should probably not post on a NBA thread due to your colossal amount of ignorance.

I would be shocked if the Knicks were in the playoffs, LeBron or not.
