I would laugh at this but after reading ur post from the past year ill just say..close your eyes and imagine a hand. Then imagine that hand sticking a middle finger up at you...:hi:

Playing teams like Bama wouldn't make much difference in the outcome of the game whether in Bryan-Denny or Neyland, but you are flat out wrong if you believe friendly/hostile crowds can't effect the mindset of 19-22 year olds, or effect playcalling or the ability to audible. We saw how crowd noise effected SCar's playcalling in Neyland last week.
It's true Dobbs didn't seem that phased when he entered the game, but the outcome of the game had long been decided when he entered the game, and much of the crowd's energy had been expended by then. The crowds energy level was much, much greater at the beginning of the game, which would have an energizing effect on the Bama defense, so starting the game could have been a much different situation for the true freshman.
