Because if that's true Davenport didn't sign it. Did you even listen to the press conference? She called him back to Knoxville while he was in Washington, hence she did not sign anything.

I believe, Currie was basically fired before he signed that deal. We would argue that it is not binding as he was no longer authorized to make said deal.
