According to Chris Low UT had agreed to 6.5 million per year with Schiano. With the impending lawsuit, it looks like the admin is trying to go low budget on their offers to everyone else. People need to be fired over this.

I thought that MOU wasn't binding since Davenport never signed off on it?

Desmond also asked earlier in the week why UT fans were against the hiring of Schiano. He had no clue about the connection between him and PSU. Desmond isn't in the know about anything and I, for one, don't listen to his opinions.

It is not binding until all parties sign off. A person can sue you for anything though, doesn't mean they win. I don't feel Schiano will file a lawsuit, he wants this Penn State thing to go away and a lawsuit would keep it is the news.
