What??? Bill Snyder is 78 at KSU and they can (and have) beaten any team in the country on a given day with 2 star players. Bear Bryant retired at 70. Marv Levy coached the Bills on a high level until 72 and they haven’t had any level of success since. Cutcliffe is 63.

Bill Snyder is an old guy who has been coaching and learning the tricks of the trade for a very long time; he's had the benefit of just coaching kids up without having to constantly watch over his shoulder for the firing squad, and keep everybody happy every minute of the day.
