This is and concussions makes me seriously consider even allowing my sons to play football if they choose to do so. I loved playing, but knowing what I know now about the sport makes me very hesitant with it.
Knee dislocation. Horrible injury. Not patella. Tibia off of Femur. Very high chance of a vascular injury. Multiple ligaments gone. I hate it for this guy.
As a Byrnes grad & former player I have watched Lattimore since middle school. He's the best kid there is & it makes feel like crying for this to happen to him. That said I hate USCjr but would rather lose than see him hurt like that. Hope it's just a broke leg.
I just don't know why bad things happen so often to such good people and the scum bag's thrive and seemingly nothing bad every happens to them.. Breaks my heart.. We are praying for you ML... God Speed...
At the end of the day this is just a game. I really hope this doesn't end ML's career. He battled back from injury last year, but after watching that I'm not so sure. I felt like I needed to throw up after that. I hope and pray that he comes back next year 100% and goes to the league. He deserves it.
You just feel so awful for him. Kid worked his ass off when he tore his ACL, now he has this. He'll be lucky if he can ever play the sport again. Thoughts are definitely with the kid.
they should start penalizing guys like Gordan for going low like that, sometimes it's unavoidable, but some of these hits that guys are taking need to be regulated/officiated so as to avoid more
