Does anyone else feel this way? There seems to be a different level of intensity when these 2 are on the field, I feel like we MUST have them.

Thoughts?

They are playing. Jaq said in his practice video today that they were both full go at practice.

I wouldn't go that far. If our offense is clicking we could still outscore them. But, shouldn't matter because they will play. I'll be shocked if they don't.

I always had a hunch that Lathers and Maggit were kept out to:

1) Try and give UF less to scout for these guys

2) General precaution. We didn't need them to beat GSU so no need to risk it.

I think people are just freaking out about how the defense played for a few minutes against GA State. I think they just came out and played lazy bc they knew it was an easy game. They won't lay down for Florida. If they do Sal might eat the entire D.

I don't neccesarily agree with your opinion regarding win/lose but I do think they'll play.

I could see this game coming down to one possession IF both of those players do NOT play, but they ARE playing so....

Defense will be full go. Were fast. We play smart they won't score more than 14 points. I'd be willing to bet we score more than 14.

i dont think our team relies on one person... that game was totally flat because it was a look over game and in reality we have probably been preparing for florida since last tuesday. I think for the first time in a long time we have a superior team, especially on offense since florida has struggled to move the ball their first two games

I want both playing but all is not lost if they can't go against the Gators. As long as we dont give up cheap points on turnovers or kick returns we will be just fine. Lock down the run and jump the first option in the pass cause he looks like Crompton locked onto the 1st read. Rush him but dont let him run cause he is a pretty good runner.

has anyone else noticed that they are listed as the starters on the updated depth chart? it's updated, because Brodus is also the starter

I think we need to rest cm and hl this week and next....gators are injured n we can beat them chumps without them right now. Also this would give cm and hl a chance to rest up for georgia. We can beat fla but we will not beat the dawgs without them imo.

How can you say that they have played a 1 1/2 games together. I don't think if they play it will make or break us, I do think they will play and we will win.

We will definitely need them. If we continue to score quickly and Florida wants to grind it out, our defense will be on the field a long time. We'll need them not only for leadership and ability, but also to rotate in and out so our defense doesn't get too tired.

This game is beginning to concern me. The more I think about it, I see this coming down to the last possession, which could be a field goal at the end to win it. This scenario increases my pucker factor tremendously.

Of course I do want us hitting on all cylinders, but as was mentioned earlier, we don't rely on one person..... even if his initials are Du'Rick Rogers.

No. I only think UT loses if they try to be something on O that they aren't or if they play poorly on O. UT's strategy should be to turn the game into UT's O vs UF's O.
