LOL I'm narrowing it down, I thought from the previous post it was a combo of lack of money for a super star and lack of interest by top tier coaches. Now it seems like only the later. I was always skeptical that the job was as magical and magnetic as many thought.
Sounds like there was one superstar not only available, but showing interest for years. Seems like Walz really wanted to be the LV coach. Just our luck he's an ethical no go. Not criticizing that decision, but DAMN!
IIf Kellie had not had the tourney run, would we be welcoming Coach Fargis? Is it true Wes Moore said no early on? That would really surprise me.
