Just breath, and calm your spirit. People say crazy stuff. Its what they do. I will say you have no idea where we rank at in the SEC teams yall have played because we dont know.

None of us will know until gameday.

OK, typo on my part, 0-8. Doesn’t change it from being winless, which still proves you guys are.. just BAD right now.

We would be bad “right now” if Lyle was still HC. We have gotten rid of the worst HC in program history and it’s a different year.

I admit that we had a horrendous, embarrassing season. But that's behind us and I think we are all pretty hungry and Pruitt is the coach that will bring us to the height of Tennessee football again. Also, I love how you COMPLETELY dismissed the fact that you guys have been complete trash against the SEC since 2010 lol. GBO.

You're best LB is 5'11 220, looks like he runs a 4.8 and has to tackle everyone at the legs. We have 6'3 240 lb LBs that run a 4.5-4.6 and can tackle head on as does most SEC teams

I’m sure Pruett will get you where you want to be as a roster and as a program, but Saturday isn’t going to be it.

just don't freaking lose buddy. hate for your playoff run, heisman campaign, pre season AA's, conf championship hopes to end before it even gets started.........lol.

WVU is putting their entire season on the shoulders of QB Will Greir. I don't wish him any harm but if he happens to go down with an injury early in the season then what?... then you guys are a 6-6 or 5-7 team at best (in a weaker conference).

Either way, Vols win by 7-10 points. Night night.

Saw your post about how tired you are about hearing about SEC talent and how the Vols aren’t that good. I wrote a rebuttal, tried to hit reply and the thread was gone. Not sure if the thread broke a rule or if he deleted the thread, but I took the time to type up a response and I wanted to get it out there...the following is my reply to that fan

Wow. Good for you with all those facts and being so fired up. I wouldn’t get too caught up in last year’s record though. College football is a sport that is dominated by coaches. We have replaced a staff with mid major mentality/skill with one chalked full of proven SEC/Power 5 conference caliber coaches. No one can predict what will happen on Saturday, but I’ll tell you this: the Vols will come out with aggression and violence in the trenches. We will line up under center and run the ball down hill. We’re gonna punch y’all in the mouth. For your sake I hope the lack of extra practice and all the “or’s” on our depth chart don’t affect your teams ability to take a punch. Our team is filled with big strong boys that are ready to prove that they are way better than the 2017 0-8 (?9) SEC record implies. Volnation and the 2018 squad have a giant chip on their shoulder, and whether we win or lose, I have a pretty good feeling that your Mountaineers will be pretty sore on the flight back to Morgantown.

i wonder how vocal some of these jack legs would be if they were playing Bama, GA, Auburn etc...instead of us?

WVU...you're supposed to win...by double digits. you're suposed to win the Big 12. you're supposed to be a playoff contender. you have a heisman contender at QB. AA Wr's........the best defense you've had in years......blah, blah, blah. and we're supposed to be impressed because of your pre season hype???

please oh please, don't lose to poor old lowly TN....lol.
