Pregnancy can be tough enough without any added strain. Hope she feels better soon. When is her due date if you don’t mind me asking?

I hope she feels better soon. Good that fever is gone. Try get to her up and maybe even outside today a little. Most people don't seem to really kick it until they start doing something.

Obviously, any trouble breathing, low O2 sat, etc, seek emergency help.

Yep, I made my wife get up and go outside for about 15 minutes each day the two days she had the worst fever and fatigue (and really the only two days she had symptoms). Seemed to help.

Hope she does well and feels better soon. My wife had it in July 2020; she was pretty sick. For your part take care of her - and you. I sprayed surfaces with a bleach solution, wore surgical or N95 masks when near her room, her dishes went directly in the dishwasher, and I did a lot of handwashing, and I didn't get it. Maybe my body is just too stubborn and too antisocial for covid germs, but I'm not counting on that. Wish you both all the best.

Where are you seeing the pic? Would love to see their faces. I’m usually a pretty laid back rule follower but these people are out of their minds and clearly either blinded by their own fears or being compensated in some way to continue on with this nonsense. My kids will for sure be pulled out of school if they start having regular monitors/mask police in school as proposed yesterday.

It’s on an anti-mask Knoxville Facebook page. Gloria Johnson is front and center surrounded by the other trouble makers. One of them oversees “diversity” at UT and I’ll let you connect the dots if you look her up.

It’s indefinite. There’s a special place in hell for this judge, the lawyers, and the people behind this. Young children with learning and physical disabilities still can’t get proper instruction from teachers where they need to see the teacher’s face and the teachers aren’t allowed to pull down their mask and these kids can’t get medical exemptions from their doctors.

Yes, but appeal won’t be heard until I think March or April. If appeal is lost, it will likely be 2023 before the case is resolved. I honestly don’t know how more people aren’t concerned with this case given they are leveraging the ADA. To me I don’t know how they can argue this is a reasonable accommodation, but any attorneys on here that can say what the long term impacts would be if they win this case? Or how this has even made it this far?

It is, but no word on that and Knox County isn’t fighting this seriously because they could lose out on $114,000,000 in Esser funding from the federal government. Knox County got more than any other county in TN, and it has stipulations tied to it. Everyone involved in this from the BOE, to the admins downtown that signed off on this needs to be held accountable. These people should face jail time.

Yep, everyone with a brain should be freaking out over this, because if it stands the ADA will be used to usher in all sorts of crap.

That was my thinking, but I’m trying to figure out what I’m missing. I’m all for reasonable accommodations, but to argue forcing 60,000 kids should alter their behavior is so far of a stretch it’s unbelievable.
