I have heard oranges were thrown at our players at Auburn in the 1980 game.

I was at a game vs. Memphis State @ Memphis in the late 80's and witnessed oranges being thrown at our players.

I was at that one - the team had to wear helmets on the sidelines due to flying oranges.

My how times have changed.
