If our freshmen QBs are no better than Worley right now ,and I don't want to hear the WR's are helping crap, WE ARE FU&&%d for 3 more years . Come on how can anyone think we're going to win a league game with QB play like that .

I have to agree with you. I wonder what was the QB coach doing all off-season. I can tell you one thing he wasn't developing any QB's

Even if you agree with the OP, which you shouldn't, who the hell would give that kind of statement a like?

Kentucky can't be worst than what we showed in the 2nd half....we are just pitiful.

So we're going to play like we did in the second half of the South Alabama game for every full game the rest of the year?

That kind of sensationalism is going to get you nowhere.

By the way, Kentucky is most definitely worse. They got handled by Western Kentucky, remember.

If we play the rest of the season like we did today there is no way we win another game. We barley escaped today against a team we should have beat by 25 or more. This team and program has no heart no more. We might as well face it we are a bottom tier program the glory days are long gone

My point is that the qb play is that bad . I don't see any reason to keep coming up with the same results if you have something better waiting in the wings . As you seen with tiny at the end of the game If you don't change something real soon CBJ will lose this team worse than DD ever did.

I must apologize to you Volnation, I honestly thought Worley would show some improvement and surprise some people. I was wrong. I did it go to the game but I see CBJ did not play Dobbs or Ferguson, I have to assume there is a reason for that.

When I looked at the final score I really could not believe it. 31-24. 31-24????? I originally thought this season we would win 6 games but now I am with a lot of you. We beat Kentucky and that's it. The only thing I hope is that the rest of our season doesn't affect our recruiting class. To me this game is more pathetic than the Oregon game.

Makes me want to throw to have to agree. This team can barely get first downs. It's exactly like 2010, except we are NOT anywhere near 2010's talent level on defense.

Kentucky, Vandy, and possibly Auburn may be wins but it will take a lot against the Tigers -- Vandy too but who knows who will still be on their team by then.. I don't see anyway we beat UGA, SC, and Bama. On the road at MO could be bad as well. They'll own the middle of the field passing.

Guess we will find out today since their playing the team that thrashed us. I just hope your right.

While I agree Worley was really, really bad/awful, why the hell does EVERYBODY put the awful performance of the ENTIRE team on the QB? Plenty of blame to go around. Must've missed Worley missing a ton of tackles, getting NO pressure in the QB, being unable, again, to contain a very average running QB, and completely unable to defend against a simple slant route over and over and over again. Was our QB playing defense today, cause they were absolutely pathetic. If he was, then I'll agree. Otherwise, recognize that while he's a very big problem, he's by no means the only problem.... the defense is EVERY BIT as big a problem as Worley.

Don't see how we win 6 games with Worley at QB. Last week, I thought putting Peterman in at UF was a bad call. After today, I can see what Coach Jones was trying to do.

If either one of those freshman QB's is "close", it might be time to burn the redshirt and see what they can do. This is a 4 win team with Worley. Just start them at home, where at least they have the crowd behind them.

Go Vols.
