I didn’t answer the poll because the only answer for me is: children. That said, I took my daughter to her first game last year and she loved it! I’d like to go again this year, but it’s hard because my 4yo son wouldn’t make it through the game and I won’t drop that kind of money for basically 1 half of football.

When it comes to taking young ones, best you can hope for is to make it through halftime so they can at least see the band. Trust me, I know.

Last game I attended was A&M 2023. What a frustrating game lol. We should’ve blown them out, but Milton played absolutely terrible. Might’ve been his worst SEC game as a Vol. That one or UF. Not gonna complain about the outcome, though. Crowd was absolutely electric with the Dee Williams return, too.

I crash at a buddy’s house when I go, so I don’t have to pay for hotel and I’m in the Nashville area, so relatively easy drive. I didn’t go to any games last year and that was dumb. Vol football is special and the season is so fleeting. I decided against going to the ‘22 Orange Bowl and that was also dumb. So this year, I’m fixing that. Going to Arkansas and OU, maybe @ Miss State, too.

1996 uscJr. Froze my ass off in the shade with swirling winds. Took my elderly dad to the game. I bought the heaviest sweat shirt I could find to keep him warm. The sun finally reached us in the 4th quarter.

Last game I went to was the home opener of the Kiffin season. I do not remember who we beat, but it was stupid hot. We left early because my son was not handling the heat very well even with drinking lots of water.

Ouch lol. When we fumbled the ball out of the end zone on that trick play, I asked my friends if we were the Bad News Bears of college football.
Brutal all around. Pretty sure that was the game that Pruitt kicked a whiteboard on the sideline. After the game, my dad and I wondered aloud if we had become the college football equivalent of Cubs fans.
