My point being, you can hate the direction the program is going without hating the program and you can make your dissatisfaction known to the powers that be without damaging the program.

I was at my local VFW last night and as we watched the game no one at the bar was even surprised, mad or sad that TN got blown out by Vandy...it is almost like we all as TN fans know we are not among the best and may never be again. The focus turned to TN Basketball and even AU beating Bama..the TN game was just an image on the screen, no more, no less. I guess after all these years as a fan, that Im used to TN not being very good and I dont expect much on the coaching front either. I just hope the kids can enjoy their time at UT and make good lives after College.

Thats where I am coming from. The ad does not deserve my money. If I could give it straight to the kids I would.

My wife and I were driving thru Knoxville yesterday around noon from Turkey Day in Kentucky. I told her we could probably scalp tickets to the game for less than $20. She looked at me at said, "it would be a waste of $20". Little did I know she was spot on. I am really beginning to feel a burning hate for Botch Jones....yes, I know he's gone but what he did to our program is killing me.

I know brighter days are ahead and I would give up college football permanently before I would pull for another team!
