You know what is absolutely crazy...as terrible/putrid as this CBJ/Larry Scott offense has been...it almost did enough (with the help of our defense obviously) to beat UF and USCjr to where we could have been 5-1.

Oh well, I'll still be there cheering the Big Orange on provided a couple of guys with integrity issues aren't hired to replace CBJ.

First off... This play calling has happened pretty much since Butch took over. I don't think he gives his OC much reign..

That's a testament to the talent on the field in my opinion. CBJ squandered the 2015 squad who should have only lost to Alabama whom we had a lead late in the 4th against anyway.. but the talent on the field kept all games close and we lost 4.

As far as hiring me for the OC position..... I could do a better job than Scott..... no lie

Yep.... if a couple of balls aren't dropped the Vols are 5-1..... hard to fathom considering the ex lax offense

The main reason that Jones offense was somewhat successful in the two previous seasons was due to Dobbs ability to improvise and turning nothing into something. He had an innate ability to make good things happen on busted plays and on plays that hadn't worked.

He was a very mobile QB..... which is what this system needs. Butch hasn't recruited to his system and he hasn't adjusted his system to his players abilities. The system works with the right players.... see Chip Kelly

You could almost tell they were forcing themselves to try and be nice about it. I kinda like Tuberville calling games. I hope to see more of him.
