I just said this to my wife.

Fulmer's best years was when he let Cutcliffe call the offense, Chavis ran the defense, and Fulmer recruited.

Butch will blame the players after the game though.. He has not once taken the blame since he's been here.

I blame the staff for not developing a QB in 3 years. I blame Scott and the staff for calling plays that accent our weakness rather than our strengths. I play Scott and staff for a terrible game plan.

I blame Butch for bringing this horrible scheme to the Hill. And the. Recruiting and using players that don't fit it

Butch can't hire an OC as long as he is in charge.
I would assume he's tried to hire quality OCs, but Butch's stubbornness is what is sabotaging a hire

Butch needs to pull the plug on Scott at the half and take over the play calling. Scott is absolutely horrible

Scott is just a scape goat for calling the plays in the offense that Butch allows. This is Butch's baby and he essentially calls this. No matter the name this is all on Butch because he is a Dictator in this program.

Butch don't want any coach that is smarter than he is. Bear Bryant on the other hand said if they are not smarter than me, what do I need them for. Butch and his ego has buried him.

It's the other way around . Butch calls the plays. Team meeting. They vote for the actual OC to call plays.

Why else do we have those 2nd half comebacks?

I was going to stay off here today but I am ashamed at what I am seeing. We have not scored in the first qrt in 4 of 5 games, we come out flat while other teams are fired up and then run a play like today a 2 yard throw across the entire field
This is a lack of coaching and preparation.
