Lowest fumble/carry rate at UT ever IIRC. Just bad timing on a few and everyone thinks he had ball control issues

IIRC, two of those were on the actual handoff. One was when Ainge tried to back hand it and missed and the other
at the goal for a TD that I think Clausen botched. If I'm not mistaken, it's the QB who has to put it place while the RB sees ahead for a running lane.

That figures to be only 3 "real" ones. They were just all biggies. Especially the one against Jerry's kids. :-(

Now, how he went from Right Tackle slow to WR fast once he hit the NFL is beyond me. :eek:hmy:

Money can make anyone run faster :)

out of curiosity, which one is the faster of the two?

Neal is quite fast. Actually Neal is apparently one hell of an athlete in general. Up to this point though Lane has looked like he's a much more "natural" RB.

I'm really interested to see what Graham can do with Neal's obvious physical abilities.

Should be interesting to see. RB is a spot where youth can have success. True freshman won't normally be "the guy" but can have an impact. I see bourque in that role.

I think land gets the majority of the carries. He's a highly touted and talented guy. He just needs to get back at full speed and he should be an asset. Neal seems to be more of an outstanding athlete without a true position. He is too talented not to be a part of the offense in some way... Just don't think he's the guy to get most of the carries at tailback.

Neal will be a kick ass back in this O

He basically gives us another SEC quality receiver at the RB position.

I had to vote other because I believe it truely will be split carries at about 50% each. One complements the other.
