The Bucs D never looked the same once Monte announced he was coming here. That is not me just saying that but every sports reporter on ESPN,FOX and NFL.com that I have read or heard. But I suppose you enjoy being Mr Negative Fulmerite.

Monte's peers hold him the highest regard, so I'd say he knows what he's doing. Hopefully that will hold true for the college game and college players. His name recognition will bring us some defensive players we might not have had a shot at landing. I anticipate the new position coaches will develop those skills better than the past staff. Bottom line being that Monte is a tremendous boost in coaching and recruiting.

It has everything to do with it but your to blind to see it. We hire a ex NFL DC who not only was successful but his defense has been ranked in the top 10 in the NFL for years. Your knowledge of football is a joke and I still say your a Fulmerite and thats all you know.

The bucs players quit on monte when they found out he was going to UT. Typical NFL millionaires---in it only for the money.

You also have to contribute some of the defensive flaws for the offense sucking so bad and defense being on the field a lot...kinda of like UT was this past season.

I know I'm on some pain medication, but the raiders di win the game didn't they

Yea they did.

The last 4 games had nothing to do with Monte not working hard because he was leaving. I guarantee he focused his normal attention on opponents.

There was probably a hangover from the players about his leaving...but you have to remember too, that Bucs D is not getting any younger. And this late in the season is when players are searching for their second wind. Just appears Barber, Brooks and others didn't find it.
