The UT attorney looks like a complete idiot for failing to disclose the pictures to Pearl in a timely manner.

Pretty sure the NCAA would frown upon that, you know like they did at Ga. Tech when they told the player what they were going to ask.

So are you saying Pearl should have inherently divinely deduced that those questions were coming? Or -- he should have been told and prepped about the picture six days prior and his good attorney should have told him --- if the picture is this -- you want to answer this way -- if the picture is this --- you want to answer that way --- if it stumps you and you are not quite sure - call for a break and come get me and I will tell you what to say.

You can't prep someone for an NCAA testimony. Or maybe that's just players.

I am not asking about Pearl - last I checked he is no longer here so he is a moot point. The attorney representing the University is who I was inquiring about.

It seems to me that as an attorney I heard on the radio today suggested -- depending upon what UT's attorney is permitted or not permitted to share and disclose to the employees of the institution that he represents, this entire mess might have been avoided by good council versus inadequate council. I don't know what is or isn't permitted but on the surface I don't think we had Ben Matlock working on our behalf. If you have a legal opinion or thought please opine -- if you want to talk about Pearl please respond to someone else's question.
