I’m willing to give Lane another shot but we need an AD who can keep his mouth in line! Currie is not that!! He knows an offense, but who would be his DC?? He hates Saban as much as we all do! I’m all in for Lane.

Bring him back. He was always on my list as the guy we should do no worse than. I would like to hear his press conference and I would hope he would admit he did things wrong last time including but not limited to deemphasizing Tennessee history. After that I just hope he has matured enough. Afterall one can't change completely.

I agree but that could be done for the first 3 year contract.....say 10 mil if we fire without cause and 10 mil if he leaves on his own.....which had to be paid within 90 days.

However he knows he could not leave within the first few years............it would totally be career suicide for him now.

Have to say I completely agree. Given his own history at UT AND the current environment, to even entertain the idea he has to know he can win and fast. Most of you aren't familiar with C-USA but what he's done in one year at FAU is truly incredible.

Good to see a fellow Bedford Countian on here too :rock:

The first thing he did of note was embarrass you with the false claims against Meyer. Within months he embarrassed you again when he dropped you like a bad habit for the USC job.

And here you are "willing" to take him back if he learned his lesson.

Seems to me you guys are the ones who have something to learn when it comes to Kiffin.

Bruh, don't come at us with some Meyer, after all that when on there while Meyer was in charge, Kiffin looks like a damn saint
