I cant wait to see Currie get fired, and everyone in the nation knows it's coming. It will probably be the best thing out of this mess.

I have not heard Kiffin go public with that plea.

I have heard many begging him to come back home after showing he has no loyalty or class.

If given the chance I think Kiffin would make up for his first departure. I believe he wants to redeem himself here in a big way. :good!:

Not everything is black and white.. Read his tweets, listen to his comments... He can't publicly say he wants the job because he has a team to coach. What would his team think if they knew he was asking for another job?

Read between the lines. He wants to come back.

You may be correct.

I don't see any reason to think anything he says is any more than a con to get more money from UT (salary jump).

If he comes, I hope you are correct.

This sounds like more of the gruden wooing, just looking for that special twinkling in his eye.

In my opinion, I think he would cause more turmoil eventually.

I agree. He wants a shot at Saban. Or many shots. I think he will lie and cheat do anything to beat him and screw us again with NCAA violations. He cares about himself, not the Vols.

Look at the delusionals that believed, again, that gruden was interested in the job. They were like school girls wooing over their first crush. At the same time, completely closed to the reality that they were being played by so many.

In a similar fashion, you now have those drooling over kiffin. Delusional that Tee would leave a better OC job to come here to coach with a man that dumped on UT in a heartbeat. Only in the dreams of the desperate are kiffin and Tee tied together. Worse that the grudenites, these people want a coach that has no ties to UT other than using the job to get to his real "dream job". This is too characteristic of an abusive relationship, hoping that maybe he will be better this time.

If you take a step back and honestly look at the situation, we are not in a position to get the coach we want. The troubles at the top need to be resolved before we can get and keep a good coach. In the meantime, everyone should be responsible for how they express their frustration.
