So offer less the the HC and all assistants.......than what everyone saw they offered Gundy?

Not saying offer anyone "Gundy" money.......but if Tennessee want to get to........heck consistant 6-6 level, you cannot throw 2.5 mil out there for all assistants.

Money is getting crazy this year anyway.....Tennessee will have to over pay because of this and the mess, Tennessee will need prob 4-6 mil just for assistants.
