Let me put this question out there.
If Kiffin comes in and is a huge success, how long does he stay? Until the next NFL team comes calling?
Fulmer, Cut, and Chavis for the most part.
Fulmer was the best recruiter in the SEC, and maybe the nation back then. Somewhere along the line, he lost that knack.

Everyone keeps saying he can put together a staff. Some must think Kiffin is resposible for Carroll's staff.

Well we could be getting Monte and Orgeron. I'd say that gives us one of the best recruiting staffs in the country, with just those 3 guys, as well as some amazing defenses. There's still a ton of slots to fill, and he has connections all over the country to some of the top coaches.
No. It's a known fact that He has been in touch with Ed O, and the rumor is also going around about his dad. I don't care how old the guy is, he can coach defense. Even if he is only here a few years to get things going, it would be awesome. It's also rumored that TT enjoys chestbumping in Knoxville better than Stillwater. He could also end up back here.
