that's how i make all my decisions about who i think is reliable or worhty of listening to.

Yes, I thought about Briscoe, but for the reasons you cited, I figured even that comment was outside his norms. But, your point stands.

Larry (LWSVol around here if I remember correctly) is very connected. He was on top of the B Warren and G Williams issues before the season started.

In addition, he gets into practices and he predicted an 8-4 season for us this year... which while not correct, was probably in the top 10 percentile as far as accuracy compared to the rest of us.

Yeah, didn't think I'd seen him around for a while which is too bad. He brought real info to the table and wasn't belligerent (imagine that on an internet forum).

He's also compiled databases of historical statistical info on another site.

Yea, but before that interview, the guest (cant remember name) said he did not think it was Kiffin, he said Kelly was the logical choice. Who knows?????

It was stated that Turner Gill was interviwed as well. YEA! No shot at him getting the job, but he would be very good! JMO

That was Dennis Dodd on before Hubbs. Dodd doesnt really like Kiffin for head coach. Dodd said if its Kelly the Vols will have to wait at least two more weeks to make the announcement.

I found it strange that Dodd was not as firm about Kelly as he was last week. Seems like Kiffin and the dude from Air Force (Troy Donahue?) are still vaguely in the mix.
