Uh, Kiffin has recruited some of the best college players imaginable. Bush, Lienhart, Tatapu, etc. And was the OC for one of the most dangerous offenses known to man.

And apparently he's done something right, because even though Al Davis is crazy, why would any NFL owner give someone a shot who didn't know what he was doing in college? And not a HC, a OC! They wouldn't.
