Please no one, for all that is good in this world, attack Lane Kiffin this weekend. I know we would all say "I would never do that" but we're all saying this sober (well most of us), and when we've had a few, might be inclined to jump the fence during the game and take a run at him. Not saying you'll even get there, because he'll most likely be flanked by policeman all night, but still, just don't try.

The last thing we need right now is negative publicity which would go against all the positive we're trying to build here at Tennessee. If someone (or several someones) try to take a run at him, that will surely make SportsCenter.

To boot, there's also no need to fight cowardice with violence. They're not the same. Yes, he pissed off hundreds of thousands of fans by leaving, and especially the way he left, but nothing condones violence here.

Now with that all being said, boo the ever-loving bill off his visor when they run out that tunnel at the start of the game. Hell, I'll be booing and I live in Indiana.

Let's all stay classy and not stoop to any low levels just to get back at Lane Kiffin.

Seriously, anyone stupid enough or anyone who gets that drunk isn't going to give a rat's azz what this board has posted or will remember seeing it come game time. They either have a natural deficiency in gray matter or an alcohol induced lack of reasoning. With that said, it's a good thought and I have to agree with your reasoning. GBO

I'm a little fatigued of this view point. While I don't wish for anyone within our fan base to do something hanous, I hope he gets boo'd all game. Who cares what he says, nobody likes to get booed.

Bottom line: we all hate him... Why hide it? As long as some redneck doesn't start an obscene chant or throw a battery at him I'm cool with hearing a thundering of boo's Saturday.

He screwed us over. Why are we gonna make this trip to Knoxville enjoyable for him?!

Preferably somebody with a small income stream, so lame can't sue.

I don't think they can find an impartial jury, even on Vandy campus.

I Honestly wished that his name did not even come up. I am in the Birmingham area now and honestly.. they are hardly speaking of the game at all, in the last several weeks they have discussed in Length each week about the game Alabama is about to play... but this week I am not hearing much at all.. EXCEPT..... Kiffin and what they can expect.. then they use Nick Satan as an example when he went back to LSU. It would be nice if not a "boo" was yelled nor a sign read..... pretend the Idiot does not exist.... we all know.. in reality.. being Ignored always seems to hurt the most. When the team runs out I wished that you could hear a Pin drop... and when the Volunteers ran out we yelled at the top of our lungs.... wishful thinking im sure but this would send more of a message than the random yelling of "F YOU" and "Let me have your wife" crap.

He loves attention in case you didn't notice. Boos I'm fine with, but holding up obscene signs and throwing stuff at him is really unnecessary and will make this fan base look really ignorant.
