Bob called CLK Lance Kiffin last week on the Lane Kiffin Show. At the end of his segment he said "thanks bill. I got you back." thought it was hilarious.

CLK is just sharp. It's great having a coach who's mind is constantly working.

knowing he's going to a bowl game probably helped.

yeah, i think it's that and i'm thinking the whole staff is probably just now getting comfortable with their schedules- the rhythm of things, responsibilities, etc. .. it's kind of slowing down for them at this point in the season

i don't think it will happen, but i really hope this staff stays intact for three seasons at least... seems like it's fast becoming a well-oiled machine

Also, on the Jones wide open drop late in the game...he said..."ahh, wide open, uhh no comment"...haha

Kiffin is so much sharper than Kesling and Fulmer. He is so media savy and just a quick mind (shows in play calling--he is playing three plays ahead). Wish Ward was back or Mike Keith. Kesling is a good guy, but should have stayed a local TV sports guy.

On Mathis....

"He had just been hanging out, I dunno, going to frat parties I guess. We sent Wilhoit out to drag him out of a toga party"

Coach Kiffin also said he's going to talk to Wes about going into coaching... i see a grad assistantship in his immediate future

I thought he said "Phil" instead of "Bill". First thing that came to mind was that Kesling had called him "Phillip Fulmer" or slip and said "The Phillip Fulmer Show" or someething like that last week.

If anyone has ever listened to Kessling on the radio, then they know that this moron is clueless.

I doubt he gets his wife and kids names right. If the guys on ESPNU weren't so bad I would nominate Kessling as worse announcer on the planet.

I thought he said "Phil" as well. Either way (Phil or Bill) it was hilarious:dance2:

CLK is clever, organized & insightful; so unlike Philip Fulmer. I look forward to his getting digs in at Buckeye Bob Kesling, who's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

If Kiffin gives us five good years and gets us back competitive with the big boys again then he can go where ever he wants and I will say god bless him.
