"This offseason the commissioner made a big deal of renewing vows in terms of what we say about other teams and other players" Kiffin said. "Obviously Urban feels he doesn't need to follow that. We won't say anything else."

When asked if the Vols were worried about a flu bug after Meyer's postgame revelation that several Florida players were sick, Kiffin said, "We'll wait and see, and after we're not excited about our performance we'll tell you that everybody was sick."

Kiffin also said he wished the Vols could play the Gators again during the 2009 season, but that he was looking forward to next year's meeting, when Florida wouldn't have Tim Tebow on the field.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say all you affectionate men expressing love to CLK are hearing your biological clocks ticking...I swear I could hear some eggs dropping when I came in this thread.

If CLK and his staff of NFL coaches does not get you excited for what is going to happen in the next couple years, something is wrong with you. This program is about to elevated to where it belongs, on TOP of the College Football World...
GO VOLS!

If you're going to insult somebody, you need to play hardball, you patsy. That's not even offensive.

Hahaha. Classic. I think Lane realizes that nobody wants jort wearing rednecks to have the crystal ball anymore, and apparently no one else is the SEC is game for that, so he's the one to stop them.

then why respond? It just caught me off-guard to see people gushing love for Kiff...I have really enjoyed the new coaching adventures as much as any one else, just haven't really gotten to the "gush" point yet :)

to each his own, I suppose. Although, I'm sure when it comes to reciprocating love...Mrs. CLK wins his attention over any of us 100% of the time. As for me, I'll take my reciprocation on the playing field.
