"Lane" Disrespectful?

Is Calling CLK, "Lane" Disrespectful?

When Lane gets his M.D. and becomes the Surgeon General, then we can talk.

Don't be silly. Far fewer people become the head guy at an elite football school than get MDs. Far fewer. Hanging your hat on a diploma and political ass licking appointment sounds about right.

Care to name the last few Surgeons General under Dem administrations for me? When you get to the chick, you can stop. Point will have been made.

I've noticed this as well, but always assumed they didn't call him coach kiffin was because people would be confused if they were talking about CLK or CMK...

Overblown nonsense. Lane is a football coach. You can put aside the Surgeon General title and your political horsecrap. Dr. Gupta is an M.D., a neurosurgeon. He earned his academic title. "Coach" is on par with "Notary Public" and is not a venerated title.

I'm much more interested in whether CEO eats his hashbrowns scattered, smothered, or covered.

I think the fact that his dad is a coach on the team factors into why he's commonly referred to Coach Lane Kiffin as opposed to simply Coach Kiffin.

There would likely be several hundred thousand members of the military / law enforcement / firefighters who would disagree with your insinuation that only those titles earned in academia warrant some merit.

Could you give me a list of those ways in which a major college football coach is "on par" with a notary public? Perhaps that would be a good starting point.

Your rants are of such a poor and transparent quality as to not even be worth acknowledgment. Seriously. You make zero valid points, have nothing origianl to add to any of the subjects where you've raised your head, and give the overwhelming sense of that the little house dog, running around and yipping for attention.

This is not the crowd to do that with. You're not going to get the heated yet quasi-jovial banter that you so clearly and desperately seek. There are plenty others who will respond to your antics in such a way, and you likely won't have to look around too far to find them.

My arms are tired. Good luck the rest of the time you're here, and in navigating your quest around the site.

Take a deep breath, you will be fine. Perhaps this will teach you not to post inane polls.

I've heard Kesling refer to Fulmer as Phillip before in interviews and on old Vol Calls and such. No big deal. Mountain out of a mole hill.

The simple answer of, "his dad is Coach Kiffin", is just not good enough for D.

You forgot a choice on the poll anyways.....from now on, I humbly request that all polls contain the choice "Rap Sucks". I totally would have picked that one.

And yeah, it's a little disrespectful. Not too much, because you never know what was said behind the scenes, ya know??

I'm with you. Have you ever listened to the Confederate Railroad sog "I Hate Rap"?

OK, genius. Walk me through Ms Elder.

Funny that coaches at the best program make more than all the neurosurgeons. Seems to me that earning is a part of that too, but don't let me confuse that with taking a course for a stamp.

You know any MDs? Any multi million dollar per year coaches?

Apparently you are not a neurosurgeon.

The rapper Lil Wayne makes more than both of them. Shall we call him "Viscount Wayne?"

Maybe avoiding confusion w/ his Dad? Seriously though.... If all they're calling him is "Lane" then I'd call it good.... He's been called a lot worse this year. Even Kesling was calling him some other name on the LANE Kiffin show.... I can't remember what the other name was, but CLK got him back.

Again - Way to Dominate "D"

If Coack Kiffin was a good old boy it wouldnt matter. He has different ideas and people are affaired of change. It will be ok. What is he suppose to do after a game when we loose talk to oppenent coach and get his address and exchange christmas cards. So he hates to loose i like that.
