Is this the "Lance could be the next, LB coach at UGA, if Kirby Smart is even hired as DC, thread'?

Just wanting to make sure, Im not lost.

If they want to keep smart, bama could easily outspend UGA. But, it was Saban who really developed and ran that D---smart just did what saban told him.

Bama matched offer to Smart and he will decide today..so it is up to him...If he leaves Bama is rumored to promote Sunseri to DC and take Travis Jones from LSU to coach LBs...very possible Smart stays though and looks for HC job next yr due to uncertainty surrounding Richt's future

Ridiculous. UGA would have had to throw serious money at Smart. He's been mentioned for some head coaching jobs. And I only see Lance leaving for a DC position.

If I was Garner I would leave because obviously Richt has zero faith in you as a DC and helping him further his career. GA is going to get ripped by opposing recruiters if they indeed stick with Garner because every school will ask those defensive recruits "why would you go play for a DC that even there own head coach didnt want?"

at this point they are running out of options because everyone wants job security and Richt can't promise it if they have another down year...this is exactly what happened to Fulmer and why he missed on so many higher on his list
