Not leaving unless he gets a DC or HC job. Not worried at all. JMO

He may feel dis respected due to being seriously considered for the D.C. position. He may have been granted an interview but wasn't taken seriously.

The guy is a great guy but no one is bigger than the program. If he leaves we will miss him but UT football will survive. A raise and promotion is offered because of good work not loyalty.

Lance is making the neighborhood of $600K I believe. South Carolina or any other school will not top that unless they make him the DC.

I think Hart may have wanted Sunseri. He is more familiar with him than Thompson. I think LT could be a viable DC candiddate. I wish they would have at least interviewed him. Just remember, Dooley didn't hire Thompson. He was hired by Kiffin.

If Lance leaves it would be for a DC job, such as Maryland. He may be a candidate there, but even still not sure he would leave.

Just have the feeling that Lance didn't want the DC position. Just me though.

Some guys are fine rolling as position coaches. Others become successful coordinators. Others take a stab at a coordinator position and regret it immediately.

LT likes what he does.

I agree. He's already had an opportunity as a DC, maybe he didn't like the responsibility.
