Jeff Fishers 51%call me cornbread, but 62 year old Jeff Fischer would be much better than 56 year old Lance Leipold. Their head coaching winning percentage is basically the same. One's record was in the NFL, with the other's in the mid-american conference...

That would be correct. I started an earlier thread about LL and that’s most of the comments “who?” Google coach and so forthI think he was mentioned in an earlier thread about possible coaches and there were the obligatory, very clever and unique “Who?” posts. Also, he was called a Google coach so he should not even be a thought for our dumpster fire if a program. I wonder if the sentiment toward him will change since the savior of The Hill, Danny White was hired as AD. I am not knocking Danny White’s hire by any means as I think it is a very good hire. I am knocking the idiots who reply with “Who” and “Google” coach anytime a coach not named Neyland, Gruden, Urban or Freeze are mentioned.
Not Chadwell and his triple option based O.
So...are we to believe a good coach can only grasp and run one offense? Ever? Or perhaps can they adjust, retool, and adapt to different teams and circumstances.
I submit a coach that cannot change in response to the situation he finds himself in won't be a coach long.
