Yep, good for Coker. Great athlete who just got caught... a dozen or so times.

There's no way that kid would have made it though Kiffin's spring, so you can only imagine how much better UT-Chatt would be had he cleaned up after the 11th offense (or so).

Kid can run but for some reason the perception of his speed is badly overrated. Zach Rogers ran a faster 100m for his state title (yes, Zach Rogers has a TN 100m track title) than Coker did. (10.80 vs 10.85)

You've got to be kidding me dude. Oku isn't as good as Coker. He had true gamebreaking ability. His speed really would have hurt Florida this year in Kiffin's offense.

As pointed out earlier the reality of Coker's speed is a good deal less than the general perception. I never saw him do much against quality opponents while here and since moving to Hampton he's scored a grand total of 3 TD's. That does not fit my definition of gamebreaker.

I'd waffle on getting Coker back vs Poole and I wouldn't even consider for a second trading Hardesty/Brown/Oku for him.

He was very fast on the football field. Also on kickoff returns he was pretty good. If I had to pick between Coker and Oku I'd pick Coker any day of the week. You say he didn't produce against top teams look at the kickoff return against Florida or the TD catch against Georgia. He was just in a crowded backfield while he was here.

I try to make it to as many Hampton games i can that dont interfere with UT games on Tv, he looks just as good if not better than he was at UT, he'll be a quality pickup for any team that needs speed at that posistion
