Since the Lady Vols have no seniors does anyone know who Pat and her coaches are after? How many players can they recruit?

Our signees for the 2010 season are:

Lauren Avant – 5’8” – Guard – Memphis, TN
Meighan Simmons – 5’9” – Guard – Cibolo, TX

This puts the roster at 15 scholarship players which is their max.

The real question is.. Are either one of these recruits a Candice Parker, Holdslcaw, Taurasi, or Maya Moore type player, because that's all it takes to win championships in women's Bball if you're UT or UCONN.

i don't know that answer to that ttrogvol,but it will be nice to have 2 point guards for a change,I believe they are both point guards

Simmons is a McDonald's All-American. Avant probably would have been one too, but I heard she was out of basketball for a while after being injured in a wreck.

Both players are 5* on Scout.
