Seggren another strike out will runner in scoring position. We are 0/10 today with runners on! Karen needs to move her down to 7 or so untill she can hit the ball. I know she is hitting over 300 but that was against the wimps not the SEC!

CS is really struggling. Her fielding and hitting has become mental at this point. Took 2 pitches right down the middle, then swings at one in the dirt. Ouch.

Seggern's stats have always taken a nose dive once we get to SEC play. Her good games have always come against weak pitching.

Seggren got all screwed up last year when she was switched to short and to second and back to short and back to third and back to second and where ever they needed a glove. Many on here said the same thing that is was going to hurt in the long run and it did. She hit better before that but the damage was done by then.

Infield defense has collapsed today. Bama has put the ball in play and we haven't responded to the pressure.

The damage was done and they were wearing out Bender is my guess. Our pitching as always is suspect after Ashley. Why other teams have quality pitching and we dont since the Renfroe girls i dont know. Maybe be poor evaluations i dont know. I think Callie will get better but not sure why we cant seem to get two good ones. Bama has 4 that can and do pitch!

Have to play a clean game against teams like Bama. Get them out when you can. Make them get you out by not swinging at bad pitches. Just did not do that today. It's an ugly loss, but it's only one loss. Regroup, and start fresh with a clean slate tomorrow. Don't let today beat you tomorrow. Would be great to win the series.
