Got out of that ball never left the infield and yet they had the bases loaded and only one out.

I was just reading her stats and observing how much her ball moves. She was good, 12th in the country in strikeouts last year. The player that beat us the other day was 5th last year and was better overall, but the girl today was good. I don't see many teams in either conference having good days against those two. Had a run of pretty decent pitchers come through the last week.

That said, they're still striking out too much, but the players that are doing it are players I don't worry about getting it corrected. Chelsea and Ally were .400 hitters last year, they will find a stride soon. If I remember correctly, Ally started off a little slow last year as well and finished the year on a tear.

Once Ashley Morgan is back, I think they rotate her and Webber at 1B/DP, which makes this a pretty potent lineup. No real weak spot overall. McCrary and Curran are there to PH if the situation dictates.

Amanda Curran, who was DP today is from The Woodlands, Texas, same hometown as Aubrey.

Thanks Brian! And you made reference to Madison Shipman having a new baby, many have not heard this that live hundreds of miles away. Boy or girl, i am thinking the older one is a boy!

I wouldn't expect an easy game today with Tennessee Martin. They are 5 and 0 and have a pitcher with a 1.17 era and three players hitting over .500. They also run ruled a team and their last game versus Tennessee Chattanooga was a 10 to 7 win. Hitters need to be ready to score a few runs we can't always expect our pitchers to hold teams to three or less runs.

The next two teams we play this weekend haven't played a game yet. All the games they had scheduled were cancelled so they will be making their debut against Tennessee.

We got streaming today get to see how the batters look hopefully better. The game we lost they were swinging at way to many pitches out of the strike zone.
