If we could somehow land Rennia Davis I would be overjoyed. She is Shekinna Strickland with speed. She has the long three and can get to the basket would love to see her come here.

I agree. I'm just saying no recruit wants to hear they are plan B. The staff better roll out the orange carpet for Davis because we need to sign other elite recruits to go with Hayes and KK.

I think its a good class even if we just land the 2 we already have verbals from (Hayes & KK). We have both Te'a & Green sitting out this year, their collegiate experience will be better than anyone in this class as Te'a has already played a college season and Green will be familiar with what we do and the lady vol way! Anything added to KK and Hayes would be icing on the cake for me! Holly and staff (Thanks coach Reaves) have done a wonderful job and it seems as though coach Elzy is doing a fine job at Kentucky but she is getting players who in my opinion wouldn't be lady vols if Coach Summitt were still coaching the Lady Vols and I love it!

I agree hoping it works out and we get a couple of the players left but we have certainly committed two excellent players.

We are still in the mix for Westbrook, Davis, Patterson and Onyenwere. For quality and quantity, we need at least one of these young ladies. Probably more of a chance to sign Davis and/or Patterson. We lose 2 this year and then 5 the following year. Either way the next class after this one is critical.

didn't we say that last year after we struck out in recruiting? we have I believe only 9 healthy players. this could be a difficult season.# 14 might be an optimistic, if disappointing, ranking. we'll see.

Exactly & they've been more often right than wrong, anything can happen at the last minute, thats why you have to keep recruiting. We have 2 good ones committed so far! No need to panic (I know you're not just saying in general). We have 2 players that are at positions of need and a lot of high ranking local talent in 2018, not the mention the #1 overall prospect is being coached individually by Former Lady Vol Kelley Cain! The sky isn't falling

It's simple, Both schools want her, now it's up to her. Where does she want to play? Holly and CO have done everything they possibly could to show DP how much they value her as a player and person. Does she want to be a Lady Vol or not? We shall see Same goes for Westbrook, Michaela O, and Davis, once she visits.

Regardless of what happens from here to all are committed we look a lot better next season than this one.

I suspect we plan to add one more player if none of the players on the board pan out figure we'll be looking for someone to sign before next season. I think 12 players is ideal but 14 would be ideal if we could add Patterson, Westbrooks, and Davis.

I would suspect that DeShields is going to go pro. Especially since San Antonio got the first pick which she is projected to go and that would let her be close to her brother and play on the same team as her best friend Dearica Hamby.

On that note, Dearica is married/engaged to Olivia Nelson-Ododa's brother. Perhaps that gives us a smidge of a upper hand with her recruitment. :)

I see someone posted my tweet before I could get to the message board lol. She will be making her announcement at Mary Louis Academy. She will be choosing between 4-schools (St. Johns, Virginia, Tennessee and Notre Dame). I have no idea what direction she's going in.
