That was to UConn they didn't lose by 60 to anybody in the SEC and the lost to SC by 6 and they beat us twice, the first game by 2 and the second by 10 and they were eliminated when we were and they lost to Uconn by 60 we lost to Syracuse by 22! Oh and Syracuse lost to UConn by 30 so them beating us by 10 sounds about right and they bring everyone back from this years team and already have verbal commitments from the #33 recruit (7th best guard) and #42 (11th best guard) in the 2017 class and we have yet to land a verbal from anyone not to mention their ran circles around Holly when he coached against her. If there were a team I would worry about it would be them more than SC (because I think SC becomes mediocre after Wilson leaves)

When players just happen to be on campus when a recruit just happens to be on campus, and they just happen to be having cheesburgers in the coach's office when the coach is walking around with the recruit and Sue Bird just happens to offer her cheeseburgers to the recruit and they just happen to have a merry old conversation while eating cheeseburgers, the NCAA said that was fine. But we haven't been willing to go into the grey areas of the "bump" like geno (and saban) have which is one reason why they are where they are and we are where we are.

I thought the same thing, don't forget Harbargh spending the night at recruits houses and things like that as well. As long as the NCAA isn't saying its a violation we should but utilizing our resources and if our former player's are admired by the young ladies interested in our program find a way to allow them to help. It isn't cheating if the NCAA isn't saying anything about it and they know it's going on

The cheeseburger incident was the beginning of the end as it emboldened geno to continue in the grey area with Maya with the purse monopoly in the uconn book store for her mom (among other things?) while pat dug in and refused to play by the new rules. We needa dynamic rc like chris d. who knows the rule book inside and out and a head coach who has the commitment to exploit every advantage. Holier than thou doesnt win ncs

We need a class of four to go with Green in 2017. I think we need another post player, a point guard and two players that can play multiple positions. If we can get Patterson, Harrison, Hayes, and Westbrook or Boothe. I really don't care who the other players we might get happen to be we'll have a tremendous amount of talent coming in. Patterson is moving up the ranks like a rocket have heard a couple people say she is top five in 2017 and may even be the best player in 2017.

Essentially what happened Notre Damn took our spot at the recruiting table, then Maryland and Baylor bullied us for our spot too.

Heck, if Tennessee decided to guard the perimeter the last three Elite 8 games that they played in, then they would have been in the final four

Still no final fours for those squads but SC last year. Baylor too. We need one of top five guards and one of the top five wing players to go with those post players. Three guard and wings would be ideal.

Saban? really? geez with the mess from UT's last three coaches not including raping a LADY VOL!... Oh well, you lost all credibility with that comment! Unless you all forgot, the rape victim is a yet unnamed Lady Vol, I hate to speculate on whom it might be but who transferred last year?

I wonder if we have a realistic chance of getting Chasity Patterson? Tennessee is listed as one of her top schools, but I would think it would be difficult to pull her out of BIG 12 territory. Baylor and Texas can only take so many players and both are loaded. I don't see her going to UK with everything going on there. I think she will choose between Oklahoma, Tennessee and UCLA. Anyone hearing anything?

You have the same list that I have and I think out of those schools we would be the team she chooses (especially if she decides at the end of the summer) and I say that because in the article she said she wants to win, of the teams outside of Texas and Baylor (and even they were both kicked out earlier than us) we have been knocking on the final four door for the past 3 seasons. She may feel as though she is the piece to help get us over the hump. I just hope if she chooses us it doesn't hurt us from getting Hayes also. I think we could use either a Patterson/Hayes or Hayes/Ursin or a Patterson/Ursin combo we need two PG's to come in so we can play Cooper more so off the ball.

The way Patterson shoots the ball, I can see her playing the 2 also. So hopefully we can sign both Patterson and Hayes. We need elite guards.

I would love both Patterson's (Chassity and Danielle), Hayes, Harrison, & KK, Dodson to add to Greene! We would be back on the top. Both Dodson and D. Patterson can play on the wing and on the block. With Chassity able to play both guard spots and Hayes being a true PG. With KK, Greene, and Harrison all being able to play the 4/5 spots we would definitely be back on top. And I say this because I think if Diamond gets us back to a final 4 next season (and a potential championship game) she will enter the draft and possibly the same for Russell if she has a break out season and leads us back to the top (Final 4/Championship Game/Win it all)

For some reason I feel more confident landing Maya Dodson than KK. Some Georgia fans feel like they have a really good chance of signing Coombs, Newby and KK. They have no clue about Dodson though. If we can sign Dorie Harrison and another post player, whether it be Sidney Cooks, Eleah Parker, Raven Farley or KK to go with Green, I'll be happy. I agree we need both Danielle and Chasity Patterson. I hope we get Dodson too. I think Tennessee is recruiting another wing out of Colorado and she is very good also. The net is wide for this class. We need to sign a top 3 class for 2017.
