Hey E2! Can we puh-lease get some decent announcers? You can win some bonus points for giving UT sports ONE decent announcing team.

Listen to Mickey Dearstone call it on the radio. I NEVER listen to those OVER-DYED HAIR types at ESPN. Too anti-VOL for me.

Even though we've got one heck of a team this year...playing Texas still makes me nervous. I mean, after all, we have one heck of a team every year and we haven't beaten Texas since 2000.

But, I love being the optimist...so I'm saying that tonight's the night that streak is broken.

Come on ladies! Hopefully Nicky and Tye'sha can step it up!

There was once basketball...women were not good enough to play so then came women's basketball.....when do we hear UT fans having to rally around the Lady Vols football team?

How do you figure? We still don't go to women's not good enough to play basketball games.

What's wrong with women playing basketball?

:dunno:

I enjoy watching several Vol sports, men's AND women's.

I figure you would get abused my most major D1 women's players, I figure that much. Save your ignorant comments to yourself. No one on this board enjoys your comments.

If women were good enough to play they would play on the one team. Since they can not compete they have to create a different level of game. I give props to the yooung ladies who want to play football. They at least try to compete on the same level and not try to create a different sport. Title 9 says the women need equal opportunity, not special treatment.

Probly the most ignorant post I have ever read. I am definitely dumber for reading this moron's comments. Whoops I forgot no name-calling. Loser..

I think the women’s game is more fast paced and just as exciting as the men’s game. Go Lady Vols

I agree. Sexism is NOT cool.

How is it sexist? Should the young lady who wanted to play football at New Mexico State and CU have to play with men when the others got their own leagues? She endured more hardships than deserved.

If your original post would have stated what you just said this might not even be an issue. However, you have exposed yourself as you continue to post jibberish. You were trying to be funny by bashing women's college basketball, and you weren't successful. So, that being the case, save everyone on here time by just going away. I would venture to bet if UGA women's program were as successful as TN's you wouldn't even bother with your comments. It's funny to me how you try and rationalize women playing college football to show your points. By far very ignorant, surely you're not that stupid. Probly shouldn't give you that much credit though.

Let's hope we can keep this lead. It's about time we beat Texas.

And look. Kara Lawson is the ESPN Analyst at halftime!
