Yes it is. I think they (TV broadcasters) did the same thing last year too. I assume you're talking about those games in the Bahamas? Don't know what the big deal is but maybe somebody knows the answer.

I think that the games are broadcast over the tournament's website. I could be wrong though.

There was a stream of the games from the Bahamas last year. They went through a site called UStream. I don't remember if it was free or pay.
