Seems to continue being a recurring theme. The penalty for Jennings stupid unsportsmanlike play might have cost us the game. Had we not given SC the great field position on the kick off because of that penalty, we're probably up 14-3 at halftime. Same for Callaway hitting after the whistle. At least 5 procedure penalties on the O line tonight. Pruitt needs to get a handle on this as it has been happening all year.

This is what concerns me. Is Pruitt a softy? Is he Fulmer soft on players and needs a Cutcliffe to be the disciplinarian?

I'll give you Jennings, but calloways appeared to happen during the whistle. Ref squad was low tier tonight. Again.

I was surprised the ball wasn’t ours on the fumble at the goal line or it didn’t seem to be reviewed by replay? Does anyone have an opinion on that? Maybe I didn’t see it right.

I thought it was 100% fumble, that entire goal line situation was ridiculous and showed ref incompetence

Even the announcers called it a fumble, BUT, we blew a 21-9 lead. We beat ourselves.

Even the announcers kept saying it was a fumble. The Review booth in SEC football seems very subjective as to what plays they want to review. I guarantee if that had been Alabama instead of TN , that play would have been reviewed and called a fumble.

No it hasn't happened all year we were the least penalized team in the sec, last night they just allowed USCjr to get in their heads

Lol, we are averaging 6.9 penalties per game, good for 82nd in the country. Last season under worse coaching, we averaged 5.5 penalties per game. Pruitt needs to fix this

Sorry but as John Ward used to say, you need to " check the stats". We were NOT the least penalized team in the SEC prior to last night. Our stupid penalties ( 3 in a row not lined up correctly in punt formation against UGA) illegal substitution and illegal procedure penalties, and silly personal foul penalties show an obvious lack of discipline. Even Butch's teams averaged fewer penalties
