I for one have had it with this program. Yes, it is poorly coached, and a change needs to happen. But... after watching us against Florida the last two years, does anybody else, besides me, think that there is a serious talent deficit too?

I'd never name individual kids, but we looked like a high school team out there today. Coaching can only go so far, and now I definitely think talen is a problem too.

my buddy said that the guys on TV were saying that on offense, Tennessee has Gerald Jones and that's it and they weren't even close to the talent level of Florida. did anybody else here this? because if they did say that, they're spot on

I don't buy the talent argument. UT has more talent at every position, even QB, than BYU. BYU can still beat crappy Pac-10 teams, and the head coach at BYU gets paid less than Clawson. I think this is 100% on the coaches shoulders.

The other guy with Verne Lundquist (forgot his name) is the guy that said it late in the 4th quarter.

We've got talent. Less than Florida of course but not that much less.

Our greatest deficiency in talent is among the men we have been recruiting to wear headsets on the sidelines.

They said Jones was the only receiver that could hang with the Florida defense.

Berry and Jones, after taht, I'm not sure we have anything other than decent College football palyers.

Before you start screaming... YES... coaching is the main problem, but talent can overcome awful coaching i the open field. Last year we saw it too much for comfort... this year... not at all...

Alabama had its DuBose, Georgia its Ray Goof, Florida its Zooker, and Fulmer has morphed into these clowns over the past ten seasons. We will have similar results as these programs until Fulmer gets canned like their incompetent coaches.

The Zooker would be an upgrade at this point.

Welcome to the second and third tier of the SEC Vol fans. We are now the team that is that easy to beat.

I don't know why that would be necessary. The only plays that even remotely work for us are ones UF already knows.

Yes, it's time to move on, the end of the Fulmer era draws near........WE need some good coaches who can get people excited about TN football again........couldn't believe ALL those people leaving in the 3rd quarter, looks like our old basketball program....
