Kentucky's win is to our benefit. It ups our strength of schedule for both them and USCe.

Plus Woodson got hurt (I don't know how bad).

The only think not beneficial is that the FLA/KY game will be picked up next week instead of ours, but who cares.

KY is a better sacrificial lamb for us now. Bring on ALA, its time for Tennessee football!!!

Man we will have to outscore kentucky or pound them so woodson isn't on the field. That game looms large now.

the strength of schedule only matters if you are a national championship contender...it actually makes is worse off, now we have another SEC east team to worry about.

1. Good chance of SEC not playing for N/C this year.
2. Sorry____ Ohio State form "The Weakest Conference" this year, will move up and probably be in N/C game.:crazy:

Even though they can't beat 2-3 teams in SEC.:no:

Boston College will likely be a top 3 team in the polls next week. I think there are 6 SEC teams that would beat them.

22 in a row has to stand for something. Even if this is the best UK team in God knows how long.

I'll take the stance that they cannot beat us until they actually DO.

The crazy thing is that South Carolina is probably going to be the highest ranked SEC team and I think there are about 3 teams better than them right now just in the SEC.

Come on now, Ohio State looked great against that juggernaut Kent State team.

BC=I don't thnk will run the table should slip up to an overated Va Tech team or a bad FSU team; if not here, maybe the Canes will do it the last game of the regular season
OSU=They've beaten juggernauts Akron, Youngstown State, Kent State, NWestern, Minnesota, and an overated Purdue team. Michigan should beat them
LSU=probably still has the toughest schedule from here on out, but is the most talented team
USF=I think they will run the table, I really do
OU-Also think will run the table
USC-Have lost 16 starters due to injury, it will be hard for them to make it past Cal and Oregon
Cal-possibly
Oregon-Lost to Cal, but have looked impressive

ohio state could lose to Michigan at the end of the year if they both win out and Michigan with two losess would win the Big 10 and Ohio State wouldn't be going to the NC. South Florida could get beat by Cincy.

only bad thing about all the upsets going on, is we probably wont see the 2 best teams playing in the title game

Woodson is fine.

And you´re right- you can´t consider UK a favorite in the UT game until we beat them at least once.

from a personnel standpoint, if ky can do this to lsu's defense, how in any scenario does tn stay with the cats?

emotionally, ky will be just as high or higher even to beat the vols. add to that tn's personnel does not match what lsu rolls out there and what do you get? I hate to be a naysayer but damn, I am not looking forward to seeing the cats. and congrats brian!

But UK lost to USC, which lost to LSU. It's not like just because they beat LSU, that makes them the best team. LSU played like crap tonight.
