Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

After all the accusations about various people that have been thrown around on VN PF, now there's a debate about defamation?

I said I don’t care if you continue to display your ignorance, I didn’t say it wasn’t entertaining enough to keep egging you on.

I truly do not care what you’ve “dealt with” because you’ve already made clear that you can’t distinguish between fact patterns.

You have conclusively proven that you know defamation law exists. That’s solid sixth grade level information and definitely raised my estimation of your fund of knowledge.

But hey, instead of begging me to stop making fun of you for arguing about something where you were flat ass wrong, maybe you could play the long game. Write to the Supreme Court of the United States let them know that, according to your reading of People Magazine 2015 article about Sean Penn v. Lee Daniels, Greenbelt v. Bressler was wrongly decided and that circuit courts have been misapplying Milkovich v. Lorain for the last three decades. I bet they’ll take that up along with MyPillow’s election lawsuit and then you’ll be right and I’ll be wrong.

Best of luck.

You clearly missed the part where I said in here specifically it would be hard to prove any damages therefore no case but in the real word yes you can be sued for calling someone a murderer if they can show it caused damages and was proven false.

Sorry you can’t grasp this. It is a fact though.

And egging someone on is what a child would try to do when the other side clearly says they disagree and are moving on. Again, I am done. Please mature and move on also.

Still not convinced their offense can keep up with us for 4 quarters. Need to get Levis in some 3rd and longs and put this thing away

lol wrong thread…

Just curious. How many of you guys would grab your AR15 and run to a riot if you didn't have a dog in the hunt (i.e. business, property or person in the area)?

Just a FYI but when this kid is acquitted you have technically just committed slander and could be sued.

You may want to rethink taking an opinion and making it factual.

You can say you think he is but you cannot state it as a truth.
He’s giving an opinion which is protected

One of the prosecutors facepalmed after that answer was given. It’s looking quite unlikely that he’s getting convicted of the murder charges.
Legally there is no case.

Unfortunately the law is approaching meaninglessness in this country, especially with animals like the Floyd family threatening jurors.
