I agree it’s suspected but if he is charged with any witness tampering etc and the jurors know it this has to impact their decision making and has to be considered.

I am not saying I am right. Just that as a defense attorney I am atleast throwing it out there.

Getting clearer. I suppose the issue is whether he was "ordered" to follow the jurors. I suppose it's possible, in which case she should be fired. If he is embellishing to save his own skin that's on him.

What about whoever „ordered her“? You don’t think some mod level producer just happened to decide to do this on her own without direction from higher up do you? Of course I am sure it was all verbal with no paper trail, but I am sure this rot goes up to the top suite of offices
