Boss went to the game and hasn't stopped talking about it yet. He was blown away by the traditions and the crowd. Said it was louder than Neyland, which says a lot.

I don't know if it was louder than Neyland...however when you have the stadium doing cheers in unison it makes it loud.

The stadium's footprint is enormous. It's much more open than Neyland and not as compact. We were in the endzone upper deck and the seats & aisles were pretty wide.

The space between rows seemed wider as well. I was very comfortable in 350. The edge of row behind came up maybe 5 inches above my row and gave me a little bit of a backrest. Very nice stadium indeed.

It was indeed a nice stadium. Good sight lines. Well designed, modern, comfortable, gorgeous. It was nowhere near as loud as Neyland.

Not even close.

I had a very good time in college station. The stadium was big and seemed like it was brand new. Like a shiny penny. I thought the chants were corny and I did not think it was close to as loud as Neyland Stadium. That is just my opinion obviously but no way was it louder. The fans were very friendly except the lady behind us yelling and complaining about our injured players. There's always one or two low class idiots but overall very nice people.
Side note: why were those Aggies trying to hug me during the game and swaying? Haha just kidding I actually kind of liked that one.
Go Vols

I really enjoyed kyle field and the campus as well. The student center was pretty nice. The Hall of Honor was my favorite part of the trip. Kyle field had a good bit of seating room at least in my area(127). I thought it was loud, but not quite as loud as the Swamp or Neyland. The design may have some to do with that however. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Jumbo trons were pretty sweet and I really liked them showing other games going on during tv timeouts. My biggest gripe is that they should wash their rally towels because those suckers make a crap ton of fuzz when thousands of them are swinging around. I couldn't breathe hahha. Overall I would say it has been my favorite road game thus far for the venue and atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting.

we moved from section 414 to section 130........it was loud. Best road environment in the SEC and I have been to them all except Kentucky

Not even close.

It was evident even on TV that it wasn't even close to Neyland.

Not that it should matter, but A&M is very similar to LSU when it comes to night vs day game loudness. Maybe it's the alcohol or mentality, but there's a noticeable difference.

I was in 350 as well...and we all loved that little backrest. Great idea by the engineers.
