Reeves-Maybin is better this year and having a very good year.
Maggitt is our Jacques Smith impersonator. Under-whelming relative to the hype.

The statement about Maggitt could not be more untrue. His stats at the half way point this year are better than Smiths for almost any year. Plus Maggitt hasn't played in overy a year.He is just now getting back into ga me shape.Reeves-Maybin is better this year and having a very good year.

Just curious as to how much he actually has contributed on the field this year, after all the pre season chatter.
It really bothers me that some of the people with "Alum" in their username typically have the dumbest post on this board. Some of you are doing a great job of devaluing some of our Degrees.
No one should ever hate on CURT Maggitt. He's a team leader for sure.
The DL is actuallu tons better than we expected. How has he not contributed?
This!!! Took him awhile to get his legs back under him after sitting out last year, but he has really come on the last few games. Great to see for this young man, should be our AJ on defense next year and lead the young ones
Reeves-Maybin and AJ are all over the field making tackles. Maggitt not so much; an average of just over 3 total tackles a game. While 3 sacks may be high on the team, it certainly is only fair for 6 games played. That is certainly not a lot of pressure from his position. Curt was hyped to be HUGE and his play is average. Average is better than poor as in year's past but it's not HUGE.
