Notice he isn't against the liberal agenda, he is just making some political hay by knocking Harry and Nancy for not getting the Republicans on board!!!!

Of course the dhimmi leadership knows it has enough rinos to overcome any filibuster, to even imply that the dems actually care about bipartisanship is being absurd.

Shula is catering to the conservatives in his district, he would be lucky to get a second term in congress, hence his eye toward a senate seat.
