Kortney Dunbar

The thing about Dunbar is she is a very smart player. She will be a good glue player like Bradshaw was for the men. She makes good passes, doesn't turn the ball over. She just needs to block out and position for rebounds and have her guarding posts instead of guards. If she could go after rebounds like Nared does and keep that sweet shooting stroke she can be a major contributor.

I think she needs to work on defense at the four. I think she could be a good player down there and one who could pop out and hit the three.

Dunbar's minutes played are so miniscule, she doesn't have much of a chance to turn the ball over.

Her minutes are strictly limited because right now she is not a good college basketball player.

Hopefully, she will work extremely hard this summer to become a bona fide college basketball player.

Learn to rebound with two hands also and stop tipping the ball. She's been in the post looking like she playing hot potato with one hand calling it rebounding. She has the body type and range to play the stretch 4, but I don't think she's tough enough. Question: Can she not take jump shots? The only shots I've seen her take are three's and lay-ups, I haven't seen take a jump shot inside the arc at all this season when she got pt.

She was a guard in high school then had a late growth spurt.

Who is Kortney? What has she done, that says she deserve playing time? Nia Moore needs more minutes.

Nia needs weight training and to play a little tougher. She has way too many balls taken away for her. I wonder why we have not spent a lot of time working with her on weight training. Nia, with her long arms, could be a great asset both on offense and defense. She is six three but with those long arms could play six five easy.

How do you know they haven't? Unfortunately (or fortunately if you ask some) it's very difficult for some people to gain any weight or make any significant gains in the weight room, no matter how hard they try. Some people's body types are just destined to be slim. I wish mine was! :)

Nia needs more minutes skinny or not. Nia is skilled offensively and her wing span can help us on defense, especially help side defense, Nia is not a bad player and I think her assets trumps her liabilities.
